I’ve been using the app for a while now to keep an eye on my cat box, and from what I remember, it’s been dependable most days. There have been a few times where it loaded slower than I expected, but the alerts usually come through without any issues. Overall, based on my experience, I’d give it 4 stars.

I bought this hoping it would save me some hassle, but it kind of proved what I already suspected about these litter systems being too picky. My usual clumping litter kept sticking and wouldn’t sift properly, so I ended up having to clean it by hand anyway. I even tried another brand just to be fair, but I still ran into the same kind of issues. For the price, I really expected it to work better with regular cat litter. Most days I’ve gone back to my old litter box because it’s just less frustrating.

I’ve been using the Catlink litter box for a few weeks now, mainly because I wanted to know if the waste tracking was actually worth paying attention to.
For the most part, it does a good job. The pee and poop logs are usually accurate, and I like being able to see when each cat has gone. There have been a couple of small misses, like not catching a tiny clump or logging something weird after one of my cats hopped back in.

Overall, I’d say it’s a worthwhile feature if you care about daily tracking, but it’s not flawless. I trust it most days and think it adds real value, just not enough to ignore the occasional random miss

I’ve had my Catlink for a few weeks now and it feels solid. The plastic is thick and don’t feel cheap, and everything mostly fits together nice. There is one little panel that feels kinda loose when I open it, but it’s not a big deal. So far it’s been holding up fine with everyday use.

I originally got the Catlink litter box because I was tired of scooping all the time, but the health tracking ended up being the thing I look at most. It shows my cat’s weight and how often she’s using it, so if something seems off, wait, especially with cats, because they hide everything, I can catch it a lot faster.

There was one week where she was going way more than usual, and I probably wouldn’t have noticed right away on my own. The app made it obvious, so I could keep an eye on her. Really glad I ended up buying it.

I had a problem with the product and reached out to support a few times, maybe last week or the week before, I don’t remember the exact days. The replies took a while, and when they did come back, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I mostly got generic answers that didn’t fix the issue. It’s frustrating when you’ve already paid and just want some actual help. I kept feeling like I was going in circles.

I bought this thinking my cat might warm up to it after a few days… or maybe it was a week, I can’t remember exactly. But nope, she wants nothing to do with it. I tried moving it to a different spot, putting treats near it, basically all the little tricks people suggest, and she still just goes right back to her old litter box. Unfortunately, it ended up being a waste of money for us

It does the job and my cat adjusted quickly. The only thing is the noise. It’s not terrible, but you definitely hear it in a quiet room, especially at night. I ended up moving it away from the bedroom. Still useful, just not as quiet as I thought it’d be.

I don’t expect everything to show up overnight, but this took way longer than I’d consider reasonable. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was left wondering where my order even was. For me, reliable shipping updates are important, and this just didn’t meet that standard.

My cat uses it just fine, which is a relief!! I do still find myself watching closely when they’re on it, but overall it seems to work well and feels mostly safe.

I bought this thinking it would make litter box cleanup way easier, but the self-cleaning part has been disappointing. It misses clumps more often than I expected and leaves little dirty bits stuck inside, so I still end up scooping or wiping it down almost every day.

It also randomly stops in the middle of a cycle sometimes, and a couple times it made a mess where it wasn’t supposed to. For the price, I really thought it would work better. Kind of feels like I paid extra for a litter box I still have to keep checking on.

I had to return a Catlink item, and while the warranty part itself was fine, the whole email back-and-forth felt slower than it needed to be. They did eventually reply and help me get it sorted out, so I’ll give them credit for that, but I definitely felt like I was being forced to practice patience the entire time. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of frustrating and not very smooth. I really wish the return steps had been clearer from the beginning.

I really wanted this to work, but the odor control did basically nothing for me. After one day, the smell was still there, so it felt like I paid for something that was more about selling the product than actually fixing the problem...

I can’t say it doesn’t do anything, because some of the features are decent, but it just isn’t worth the price to me. The app feels clunky, and the supplies don’t not add up fast. For what I paid, I expected a lot smoother experience. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I eventually got it working, so I guess that’s something. But the setup took way longer than I expected and was way more annoying than it really needed to be. Not exactly the smooth start I was hoping for.

I really thought this would make life easier, but it’s been more work than I expected. Compared to my old regular litter box, I feel like I’m constantly wiping sensors, cleaning messy parts, or taking pieces apart to keep it running right. Maybe it works great for some people, but for me the extra upkeep kind of defeats the purpose
